Clinical Pharmacy Associates takes your privacy very seriously. The following describes our privacy procedures.

What the policy covers
The CPA policy covers how we handle personal data, including information related to your use of our website. By personal information, we mean information about you that is personally identifiable – for example, your name and email address – that is not normally available publicly.

Information collection and usage
We automatically record information from your browser, including your IP address, the pages you request and more. We use this information primarily to analyze how our site is being used and what we can do to improve it.

In areas where personal information or purchasing data is entered, we use industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect it.

By filling in our registration form, you agree that we may use your personal data for marketing and market research.

Under no circumstance do we rent or sell personal information about you to any other company or group.

We set and access cookies on your computer. These cookies save information about you so that you don't have to log in every time you come to our site. We do not store any personal information about you in our cookies.

Changes to our Privacy Policy
From time to time, we may need to update our Privacy Policy policy. If that occurs, we will do our best to notify you about significant changes by placing a notice on our site.

Clinical Pharmacy Associates is committed to the satisfaction of our subscribers. The Return and Cancellation Policy are designed to back that up.

Clinical Pharmacy Associates Return Policy
Our return policy for all our products is as follows:
Clinical Pharmacy Associates will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any product within 30 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products, returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 30 day return period.

Defining Returns and Cancellations
When a subscriber reaches us by phone or email, our first response is to assist in getting technical support or customer service for the subscriber for the product that they purchased. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the subscriber for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a return or a cancellation may be processed.

If a subscriber requests a return, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer. If the return is for a recurring billing product, then the return policy allows for the most recent payment to be returned. Multiple payment returns can be provided as long as they are within Clinical Pharmacy Associates Return Policy. A return on a recurring billing product will also result in a cancellation.

If subscriber request a cancellation for their recurring billing product, no future rebills will be charged to their account. Cancellation will not generate a return - it will only stop any future rebills.

Reasons Why a Sale May Be Refunded
Clinical Pharmacy Associates has every incentive to keep subscribers happy by providing quality products and service. To ensure subscriber satisfaction, Clinical Pharmacy Associates reserves the right to reverse a sale, including but not limited to the following:
  • If the customer provides a valid reason for requesting a return within 30 days of purchase;
  • If the customer provides a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized;
  • In order to comply with credit card industry rules, ACH industry rules, U.S. law, and requests from verified US judiciary or law enforcement agents; or
  • For any other reason Clinical Pharmacy Associates deems appropriate.

Clinical Pharmacy Associates Cancellation Policy
The subscriber may cancel a recurring billing subscription products at any time. A cancellation means that no future rebills are charged to the subscribers's account. The cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund.

Abuse of the Return Policy
Customers requesting serial or repeated returns may be blocked from making further purchases.

Note to Clinical Pharmacy Associates Subscribers
This Return and Cancellation Policy is part of, and incorporated within, the Clinical Pharmacy Associates Contract. As a condition of registering with Clinical Pharmacy Associates and using the Clinical Pharmacy Associates Subscriptions, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Return and Cancellation Policy and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained within. If at any time you disagree with this Return and Cancellation Policy or any part of it, your sole remedy is to cease all use of the Clinical Pharmacy Associates Subscriptions and terminate your account. Please note, however, that any transactions which occurred prior to the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this Return and Cancellation Policy.
